I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits

I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

Banafsheh is excellent at what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. I've been seeing her for the past three months and have had amazing results with laser treatments for my beard. She has also done microneedling on my fiancée's face, and I'm genuinely impressed with how much her skin has improved.
