This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! You’ve got a new loyal customer - see you again very soon! x

Amazing as always! Carmen is super funny and it takes away from the fact that I’m lying there naked getting hair ripped from my skin. I’ve also never felt judged with Carmen, which I’ve felt at past waxing places. Fastest and most thorough wax ever!!

It was AMAZING! The facial was absolutely fantastic and the head, shoulder and arm massages were a wonderful surprise I didn’t know came with the facial. My skin feels and looks amazing!!! Lee was super helpful with letting me know the best aftercare and reminder about sunscreen! I can’t wait for my next facial!

I've been going to Posy Nails since 2019. For Vancouver downtown, they have the very good prices, amazing customer service, and the ones that do nail art can really get it on point. Jolie was my go to nail tech precovid, and now I've started to go to Lyn. They'll offer you advice on what shape will look good. Highly recommended!

I'd never had brow threading before (only waxing) but I was impressed with the speed of the service and the clean look it left. I like that Preeti drew the brow shape she was aiming for; it made me comfortable I'd like the result. And I do.

Olga is amazing! She gives very helpful advice and information. She educates as she treats. The place is extremely clean as well and I have the impression of high standards. I came initially for ear piercing, but now this will be my place of choice for waxing and facials.

I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! I will definitely be a repeat customer from now on. Thanks so much Sam!

The staff is really nice, especially Preeti! is very talented, respectful and charming. The Brow Bar is always so clean, the music and ambiance is great. You get a massage and brow make up as a compliment for the threading service, definitely a very good value. This place is the best!

I absolutely love this place! Always excellent service and excellent results :) I normally see Preeti for my eyebrows and waxing and she always does the BEST job!!! <3333 she's also very thorough and quick which makes it that much better! :) I highly recommend this place for waxing / threading / microblading and tinting :)

Naina was amazing! Super friendly. Love my eyebrows and how precise she was! Also, the waxing was super quick and I felt good leaving. The little hand while waiting for the tint on my eyebrows was the cherry on the top!

The spa is warm and inviting, clean and my aesthetician, Lucia, was wonderful!

I've been getting a waxing for a year. Great service. The owner is kind and very friendly :) you can get to watch a netflix while you are getting services :0 recommend here.

I never had a manipedi before - I was comfy and well taken care of. The space is nice and cozy, there is warm tea, and the staff is professional and pleasant.

Lyn gave me a beautiful acrylic fill, exactly as I asked for. All the technicians are great and very kind and patient. My favourite salon in Vancouver.

The aesthetician was friendly and warm. It was my first facial so she was nice and explained what she did. The massage was great as well. She had great pressure and my neck felt much better. Thanks!
