This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! When I lived on Hornby Street, I visited this eyebrow salon every month. They are so careful, professional, and great at what they do! Since moving to North Vancouver, I haven't forgotten them; whenever I’m downtown, I always make sure to stop by. Even when I don't have an appointment, they are always so kind and welcoming, fitting me in between their other clients. I always leave feeling great about my eyebrows! I highly recommend them—and don't miss out on the relaxing massage they give you after your treatment.

Katie, right off the bat, made me feel so relaxed and at ease, explained everything she was going to do, was excited to be a part of my first waxing experience, and she was a godsend from beginning to end. She explained how often she would recommend keeping up with the waxing, how my waxing might look different because it was my very first time, helped me with recommendations for after care, everything. I have been getting waxed by Beata for years now and its always a fabulous experience, which is hard to come by when you're talking about Brazilian waxing! The atmosphere is lovely, and Beata is attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. The wax she uses and her technique is far less painful than other experiences I have come to endure.
