She also did an excellent job with my root touch-up. My hair looked so great that it put me in a great mood all day! This was my first visit to the salon, and every staff member I interacted with was professional and kind. The entire experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. I live in Seattle, but I would honestly make the trip back to Vancouver just to have my hair done here again.

Yuma was the one who did the head spa for me. She knows her stuff. I really appreciate that she put in just the perfect amount of strength in the massage, as I had masseuses put in too much strength or too little in the past. You can tell she puts in a lot of attention in her techniques, doesn't half-ass anything, and treats her clients extremely courteously like someone from Japan. The whole experience was quite relaxing too, as I nearly fell asleep during some portions. I would come here again if I am a Vancouver resident, but I live in Toronto!!!! People in Vancouver are blessed.

I have tried many hair salons in the Burquitlam area and downtown Vancouver as well and I’m really impressed by the haircut I got from Rose. She took the time to cut my hair and make sure the cut is even and looks good. She was so gentle I almost fell asleep a few times during the more than 30 muinute cut. I really appreciate it! The salon is bright, clean and functional. I highly recommend trying this salon!
