The facial service was excellent, and the experience was very relaxing. However, I felt uncomfortable with the pressure to purchase a facial package immediately. I wasn't given any time to think it over, as I was told the promotional offer would only be available if I decided on the spot. I would have appreciated at least a day to consider the purchase before making a commitment.

My technician was lovely, chatty but not verbose. Friendly and kind. The towel cover up did not fit, nor did the hair band and it needed constant readjustment. My 1 hour facial was a scant 45 minutes. Skin felt nice afterwards with no greasy texture

It was my first experience at 67 years old having a Facial for the first time in my life with such care and explanation of every step of the way. Nirja was exceptional with her gentle voice, hands and knowledge letting me know everything she was doing. Mind you, I kept asking questions and then shut up to enjoy the experience. Carrie was amazing. I honestly wish I had her for all of my sessions from the very beginning. She was the only one who conducted the session properly from start to finish, and I truly felt like I received the full treatment and attention I was supposed to. After experiencing a session with Carrie, I can't help but feel disappointed because it made me realize that many of my previous sessions felt incomplete. Looking back, it feels like I only received part of what I had paid for, which is frustrating. The difference in the quality and consistency of care was very noticeable.

It was the first time that I had an IPL with Parisa and the first time I have any procedure done especially with an unfamiliar person, I am always a little nervous. Parisa correctly read my skin to be ‘sensitive’ and she used the IPL in a safe and calming way. I felt safe with her and although it is really too early to tell, I believe I will have good results. On a side note, I like the lack of hustle and bustle in this clinic. It is quiet, almost a cozy feeling actually. Some of the bigger clinics seem almost overwhelming.
