I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. I arrive achy and full of knots, I leave feeling revived and my back and shoulders are ready for the gym once more. Recently has a slight shoulder injury which Aimee sorted for me. Can't recommend her sports massages enough, especially if you strength train or have a strenuous job.
