I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Was having issues with a tight, achey glute. Issue identified quickly and exercises explained to strengthen the area. Also received a massage to release the muscle. Went from a niggling ache the day before to being able to walk in total comfort the day after. Would highly recommend Danny.
