My issue has improved significantly over 3 session. I can’t quite believe how different my shoulder is and how less restrictive things have been for me since going to Chris. I find myself being more active and doing things with ease and these were things I would always tend to struggle with or I would be in a lot of pain hours later. I am out of the pain for most of the time and I’m doing a lot more now! Even if I feel something it’s so minor compared to what it was and in time this will improve further. I’m very grateful for Chris and I wouldn’t be able to have achieved this without him.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

Alisha is amazing, she is welcoming, kind, and really informative, she puts you at ease straight away. Getting to know you and your injuries or concerns that you have. She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. She talks you through everything including the massage process and the techniques which she uses such as cupping. I would highly recommend Alisha

I have been visiting Alisha for quite a while now, and every session has been spot on, I train Muay Thai witch is quite taxing on your body, I struggled quite abit with my flexibility/ mobility, and already I am starting to see the benefits from deep tissue massage in such a short amount of time! Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
