Great massage. Covered all the main areas but concentrated on those that required more attention. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would highly recommend for anyone playing regular sport and I will definitely be back in the near future.

Really great. Gus is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed. Always gives great knowledge of the problems you have and gives the problem areas a good deep massage. Always feel better on leaving

She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises. Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
