Really great. Gus is easy to talk to and makes you feel relaxed. Always gives great knowledge of the problems you have and gives the problem areas a good deep massage. Always feel better on leaving

Wowww! 😍😍😍😍 A warm friendly welcome by Joanne coupled with a beautiful calming ambience! Top to Toe treatment was outstanding. Heated bed, and very comfortable. The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. The products Joanne used smelt divine! Would highly recommend Joanne and her treatments. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Joanne. X

Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

My back massage was just what I needed, my neck and shoulders are alway tight and the tension never seems to go away, after my treatment they already feel so much better, already booked in again and after Aimee’s advice of what needs to be done I’m excited for feeling great again.

Heidi is such a lovely person. She always makes me feel welcome and is an amazing therapist. I have had many treatments with her; nails, brows, pedicures, massages and facials, and will continue going to her for many years to come.

Sarah is brilliant! I’ve found some masseuses are too gentle, but Sarah gets the pressure just right and always tailors the massage to just what you need. I always leave glad I’ve been and looking forward to my next one.

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!
