As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

Mukti worked through all the tight spots with great care and skill and by the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great session with Joe today He’ll be working alongside my PT at Fitbox to help keep my mobility strong which I’m really glad about. I came in with a tight, uncomfortable back after pulling it last week and Joe gave it a thorough massage that really helped relieve a lot of the tension and pain I’d been dealing with.
