Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The techniques used are different to a standard massage at a salon or spa. It’s obvious Mukti knows exactly what she is doing. She can find tension you didn’t even know was there! If you want relaxation and to really get to the route of any aches and pains then this is the place to go.

Wowww! 😍😍😍😍 A warm friendly welcome by Joanne coupled with a beautiful calming ambience! Top to Toe treatment was outstanding. Heated bed, and very comfortable. The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly. Even though he was younger than the therapists I’ve seen in the past, he was full of knowledge and shared insights I’d never been told before, despite years of going to others. I had an amazing massage with Mukti! My neck and shoulders were extremely tense, and I could feel the stress building up for days.
