Such a fabulous experience. My first visit to see Lucie and I’ve booked my next treatment already. I had the pregnancy massage and Lucie ensured I was comfy throughout and positioned me to have the best treatment whilst making sure that baby was safe too. This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

I had an amazing massage with Mukti! My neck and shoulders were extremely tense, and I could feel the stress building up for days. Mukti worked through all the tight spots with great care and skill and by the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Abbie is great. Fantastic massage, great advice on stretches I can do and how to improve my posture. She's really easy to get on with and chatty, a great distraction from what is sometimes a painful massage (good/bad pain!!) Very professional and welcoming, thanks abbie.
