I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

So not normal service. Let me be clear Nicky is amazing. FACT. So much so that my very sporty 11 year old has been struggling with knee pain, niggles and just affecting performance. Doctor said, it’s fine growing pains. Get a support. She does football, gymnastics, swimming, running and bike riding (+ what ever school offer). Rest is not an option. Nicky did an excellent assessment and was kid friendly throughout assessment, treatment and after care. She can take care of anyone in my family gladly. 🙂

I’ve been suffering with back pain for a significant amount of time. Chris carried out an in depth assessment and for the first time in a long time I felt in alignment. I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!
