Had a wonderful first time visit to Loft Beauty and was treated my Holly to a luxury pedicure then Land of Maybe treatment. To say I floated out would be an understatement. From the welcome to the final touch of a lovely brew and slice of cake, it was a completely wonderful experience. Holly was very knowledgeable and listened to my likes and dislikes and tailor made the treatment to be exactly what I needed. I'm delighted with the ongoing benefits from the session and will be booking in again soon. hidden gem and friendly, warm space full of positive energy. 10 out of 10.

I booked in for the Autumn glow facial and the back, shoulder and neck massage ahead of my wedding and I am so glad I did! Loft Spa is so relaxed and dreamy and both Holly and Chloe who did my treatments were brilliant. Can't wait to go back!

Just had my third detox package with Gemma and booked for my fourth. The package is everything you could possibly want / need and I always come out feeling amazing. Gemma is hands down the best I’ve ever been to for a massage / facial and I count down the weeks / days each time to my next appointment. Thank you for making me feel so amazing after each visit!

Lovely massage and facial as always - very relaxing peaceful salon and has the “spa feeling” and smells!

The spa is beautiful, there was a lovely ambience to the space. I booked a winter package which included a facial and manicure. Both were really lovely. My sister also booked the winter package and planned to go for the massage option over the facial, however on the day when we arrived for the appointment we were told massages wouldn’t be possible that day. It ended up working out but I think when it comes to the packages, it might be nice for customers to pick their treatments in advance or inform customers in advance if certain treatments will be unavailable that day.

Absolutely amazing time at the spa today. Fantastic place, cosy and tranquil. The staff are fantastic, friendly and excellent in all that they do. I highly recommend! Thank you. 😊

What a fabulous treat! I had the Walled Garden Winter Addition with Holly, and left the Loft feeling so relaxed. I particularly enjoyed the neck and shoulders massage and Holly rolling the hot stones over my face mask. And I have a beautiful candle to smell this evening when I relax at home! I fully recommend the Loft spa treatments!
