It is delightful to have stylist Funmi make one’s hair. She really is a keeper at Caremore and detailed at what she does. It is her second time styling my hair into braids and both times have been amazing. She is just one of those stylists who simply gets it. Such a great feeling to come in for salon services and to leave feeling truly happy with the service. The caremore team members are all doing well and only more is expected. Esther was amazing. Very understanding and it meant a lot to me. My stylist was also great. The only thing I didn’t like were the couple of times the needle pierced my scalp. I think the saloon should invest in loop needles if they haven’t already. I don’t know if the needles are sterilized after use but needles piercing scalp can be dangerous and cause contamination. Other than this, I think the service was great and I’d be back.

The entire experience was S-Class even before I even step foot in the spa/salon. The customer service was fantastic as was the service itself. She took her time to detangle my hair before shampoo and conditioning. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and the entire experience was exceptional. The staff were professional with handling the appointment. The stylist Joy, did a great job. She was patient with me, assessed my hair, inquired about my hair care habits, and recommended a protein treatment and steaming to mimize hair breakage. The overall experience was very enjoyable and relaxing. The masseuse was particularly attentive, pleasant and thorough. I would have preferred to have my manicure and pedicure afterwards in the main lounge rather than having it squeezed into my hair making session in the salon. The ambience in the hair salon was not as relaxing as in the rest of the premises. Overall, great service and good facilities.

Despite being a last minute walk in you were able to accommodate me. The stylist that did my hair was great. She was very professional and talked me through every stage of the treatment. From detangling my hair to offering after care regimen to follow in between salon visits. This has been by far the best salon visit i have had in Abuja in a very long time. I booked my next visit and recommended the salon to my sister before i walked out of the door.

My ponytail was styled exactly how I envisioned and asked for. The stylist, Angela, was very polite and listened to anything I wanted changed or corrected throughout my time at the salon. However, my take down and blow drying experience weren’t the best because there was a lot of pulling from the combination of stylists working to loosen my hair at the beginning of the service and I’m very tender headed. I communicated this with Angela after and she tried her best to be gentle throughout the rest of my service. Overall, I had a really great time at the salon.
