The actual lashes were good, but the service started 30 minutes late because the lash tech needed to eat lunch. I believe that lunch breaks should be provided to staff outside of appointment times.

My experience was a 12/10. Asides the fact that she was so attentive and professional, my lashes ATE. No lash tech has ever given me wet classic lashes as good as this and everyone loved my lashes. I will definitely be back!

But I’m a little sad because I couldn’t get my brow lamination today, even after booking an appointment for it.

Vivien did a great job with my lashes. She knew what was good for my face better than I did. Customer service by Victory was also top notch. They both took good care of me. I’ll definitely be back

I had such a wholesome experience, it was my first time and I am sold. She was gentle with my brows and chin and willingly enlightened and educated me on threading. I had an amazing session and I look forward to my next one.

It was a wonderful experience. The facial therapist was too good and i love my lash extension.

Lash tech was detailed in grooming my brows and the laser session was good as well. I highly recommend.
