I was charged separately for washing my hair. Crazy cos why isn’t that part of the service like always. N11k! It is diabolical to use nail polish that is thick after charging N20k for a pedicure. The polish is still sticky 12 hrs later. Not sure I will return, especially to the dolphin branch.

Excellent service, BUT, the pricing no longer makes sense and is ridiculous. Specifically, Why charge a me 11.5k to wash hair that will be made right after? I did not blow dry my hair, i took out complimentary corn row done at kls washed and did the siris twist wet. I understand if the service for the day is a wash alone. This feels like the height of extortion.
