Not really possible to drink while your hair is being cut so while it seems like a nice touch, I don't think it makes sense except for folks waiting for a cut.

It was good to have a hair dresser that knew how to handle natural hair before washing it. This was my very first time at this salon, so that was positive and the atmosphere was very professional. Having the stylist be more gentle with my hair after the wash (especially since it tangles a lot) would have made for an even better experience.

The hairstyle was unique that they named it after me which is nice. I was encouraged to try something new, and I don't regret it. I am more impressed with the hair treatment I received it wad catered to the condition of my hair at that moment. I suggest that the salon should have a loyal royalty voucher for reoccurring clients it would encourage more visits back to the salon and to consider playing music in the background for ambience to create more of a relaxing atmosphere

This is one of the best, if not the best hairstyle I've ever gotten from the Braiding Vault and I've been going there for about 3 years...had to guide them through what I wanted argued with them but eventually we arrived at a good end result. Maybe next time no argument. I've been braiding my hair since 2009 older than most of those stylists...okay

The service was excellent as always. Jennifer was very attentive & took great care of my hair. She even introduced me to a great pre-poo product from the Truth by Tasala Hair Care Line for my hair. I bought it before leaving the salon today.

My hair care was very gentle. A joke was polite throughout while being super gentle and constantly telling me what was being done so I don't feel confused. All in all, it was a 💯 experience.

Great! It was my first time and it was the calmest and most thorough experience I've had at a hair salon. Lovely ambience and nice and knowledgeable hair stylists.

I had a great experience with all but Christine stood out fo me as she was very pleasant and knew how to take care of natural hair,

Extremely clean salon and very corona conscious which I love. I liked how everyone had their mask on the entire time. The staff are extremely polite and the way she handled my natural hair was so amazing she didn’t tug and pull. An all round great experience and very good ambiance. I give you a 10.👍

The stylist was very knowledgeable. She had advised an alternative style and treatment based on the condition of the hair having taken out mini twists. Eniola was friendly and polite and would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at the salon. The staff were all highly skilled & professional, none of the stylists spoke over my head. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment I spent there, especially the complimentary hair wash, which left my natural hair feeling wonderfully nurtured. The salon owner has truly brought the int’l salon experience to Nigeria. I had watched some YouTube videos & decided to visit while in Nigeria, I'm pleased to say I was not disappointed.
