Michelle is such a wonderful host. Very informative. She teaches you along with the service and also knows how to crack a good joke. She always makes sure I’m comfortable. My pain tolerance is low but Michelle was very professional and quick. She sets the atmosphere for every visit. Friendly from I booked the appointment to when she walks me out the door. My overall experience with Soothe has been top notch from I started about a year now. The vibes always be vibing. Recently I had a service done by a well known local wax specialist and my experience was one to remember she was not gentle at all 😭😭 after having my wax done I was severely burnt I had a second degree burn something like this I would’ve never gotten from Hanya. She is gentle, professional and very knowledgeable about the products she uses. I vow never to cheat on her again. Service 10/10

Amazing aside from the pain 🤣. This was my first Brazilian and Antonae walked me through everything. She was patient and is definitely very experienced. Service was quick and environment welcoming. If I get a wax again I will definitely be back 🤣

Very relaxing experience. Sophia has a calmness that washes away being scared about the waxing. 10/10, would recommend!

Atmosphere always relaxing , always on time, never have me waiting and I always get what I want, best natural lashes ever, and never get a break out from my wax.

This was the best wax I’ve ever had. She works quickly, the environment is clean and she makes you feel comfortable right away. Plus my coochie is bald and smooth. 10/10 would recommend!
