Phylicia was great as usual! She has curated an environment that feels welcoming and inviting, which is only a complimentary touch to her kind personality. Since I've started going to Phylicia at Elixir, my anxiety around Brazilian waxes has completely disappeared. I would recommend her to anyone!

Phylicia is such a pleasant person to be around 🤗 She’s the sweetest and very professional but friendly! She holds great conversations and they’re always so engaging. And let me tell you she’s thorough! She will not let the stubborn hair strands win and I love it 😂. 100/10 service as always. I’ll choose her EVERY time!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. Choosing Elixir Skyn for the past 7 months has been the best decision I’ve ever made for my kitty. 10/10 experience every single time. The environment is relaxing, Phylicia has an amazing spirit, and she doesn’t hold grudges lol (I shaved in between my wax one time, and trust me, I won’t do it again).

Phylicia is very attentive, informative, and professional. The environment is clean, relaxing, and inviting, and the conversation flows naturally. I barely felt anything during my Brazilian wax because she kept me engaged and distracted with great conversation! She was also very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. I’m very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning.
