When I arrived I was greeted wonderfully, the young lady at the front desk was nice and made my FIRST experience seem ok. However, when it came time for my Brazilian i was told “ if I jump she couldn’t finish me.” Her attitude was poor and she was 20 mins late. Not sure if she had a long day but her frustration should not be taken out on the customer.
