Today was my first visit to Warsash Therapy Rooms for a massage with Ann Alderman. The appointment was easy to book and when I arrived everything felt totally Covid safe. Ann was amazing! I am struggling with my back following an ankle fracture in February which is affecting my gait. Ann identified and worked on the areas causing my pain. As well as coming away with reduced pain, I am walking better and her lovely positive personality has also lifted my spirits. Thank you Ann! x

Never having had a therapy / sports massage before I was not sure what to expect, but boy did Ellen find the exact spot. They say no pain no gain and despite the discomfort occasionally, I would not hesitate to go back when / if required. I feel better already so thank you Ellen and for the advice re stretching.

I train regularly and I just wanted a general sports massage, So I booked online. No injuries. I’ve just had my first appointment with Olivia, I can honestly say it was the best treatment I’ve ever had! Olivia’s knowledge was incredible, she is also very friendly and I didn’t feel uncomfortable once. She talked through everything she was doing and why. Very impressed! Now I’m back home I already feel a lot less tension in my body. Thankyou!

Ellen is a star - nothing is too much trouble. If you have need for a sports massage Ellen is the one for you. I have a very dodgy back ( 5 back operations) and Ellen is the only one who I trust to treat me Happy New Year Ellen 😎

This was my first visit to the Warsash Therapy Room where I saw Sonia for a sports massage for tight calves. I left feeling great. Sonia is exceptionally skilled in the therapy that she provides as well as being extremely easy to talk to as well. Sometimes it can feel awkward when on first visits but I felt at ease from the beginning. I thoroughly recommend Sonia and will be booking in to see her again for preventative treatment.

After a week of severe back pain I visited Ellen today for a sports massage. She appreciated I was in pain and although it was a deep, uncomfortable massage I could definitely feel her loosening the muscles causing the issues. She finished with a hot stone massage which was absolutely lovely. I walked out much more mobile than when I went in. She was really knowledgeable and gave me some good advice to further aid recovery. I’d definitely recommend and will be going back - albeit for a relaxing massage!
