Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

A fantastic experience from start to finish easy to book a lovely environment, very calm, very relaxing.
