What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable (it also smells amazing!! ) I’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

What a wonderful treat to have a facial with Alaine. Having suffered with skin problems for years I felt completely at ease in her knowledge of products & techniques. Every element of the facial was thought out, including relaxing foot soak, and drinks & snacks after! She was very gracious and polite with my mid facial coughing fit 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 thank you so much and I will definitely be back. Xx

I have had 3 pregnancy treatments with Sarah. 2 massages and a facial. They've all been wonderfully relaxing and Sarah has given me some advice on some stretches that have helped with my aches and pains and made it feel like baby has a bit more space. My only complaint - the time goes too fast!!

Amazing facial with Amy, it’s always a fabulous experience at the salon and you leave feeling refreshed and revived.

My friend and I had such a lovely morning here! We did the two souls experience - I had the facial (which I always get because they're so good!) and my friend had the reflexology which she said was great. It was such a relaxing experience. The space is beautiful, the extra touches like the foot bath, gowns, slippers, drinks and snacks were such and nice touch. We took a book and read while the other had their tretment, and it was so nice to just be able to switch of and relax. Alaine, as always, was so welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend in you want a few hours of 'me time'!

Ashleigh is soo great at what she does, takes the time to listen to my concerns with my skin, and tailors the facial to exactly what I need! Her cabin is so lovely and relaxing - couldn’t recommend Petite Retreat more!! ✨
