It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

The women in this salon are friendly, warm, kind and very talented at what they do. A house of beauty which offers a one stop shop of treatments that make you feel transformed. I left with my hair healthy and nourished, Thanks Chandre! The little touches of facial waxing completed the full look and this technician was gentle, quick and accurate. It was nice to know I'm in safe hands and look forward to booking in the future for different treatments.
