It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

This was my second appointment with Gabby. She is excellent. She is extremely gentle and professional. She is also very attentive during the waxing making sure that the wax isn’t too hot and she checks in with you throughout. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get a good wax done!

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Had a fabulous head, neck and back massage as well as a dermaplaning facial (my fave) from Mushfiekah! I was confortable at all times, she focussed exactly where I required it, after enquring, and kept checking if I was okay with the pressure. Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx
