It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

A super experience. My haircut with Ifshaan was exactly what I'd hoped for and my wax and tint with Akheela was of high standards. I will be a regular client after today's experience.

I couldn’t recommend someone more… T dog is the person to make you feel 10years younger and your face and body at least 5’years in looks.

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!
