It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment. The whole experience is calm, professional and reassuring. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and she doesn’t rush the process. I always leave feeling confident and well looked after.
