One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

My first time trying out this treatment & it has left my skin feeling fresh, smooth, noticeably clearer - felt as light as a feather ☺️👌 Extractions were a tackling factor but the glow made it worthwhile. Oh & not to forget, Bash was an absolutely Gem ✨🤗 Definitely sticking to this routine. Passing out in-between treatments was the cherry on top for me 🤞😮‍💨☺️

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful salon with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. The back and shoulder massage was absolutely amazing, and the hydrating facial was one of the best I've had—so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment.
