It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

This was my second appointment with Gabby. She is excellent. She is extremely gentle and professional. She is also very attentive during the waxing making sure that the wax isn’t too hot and she checks in with you throughout. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to get a good wax done!

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Kim was fabulous, I had pedicure and my feet feel AMAZING!
