Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had!! The space is a delight, the products are luxurious and feel amazing on your skin. Charlotte gives the warmest welcome, she knows the products you need before you do. Alex gives the most serene and soul nourishing treatments, I went in exhausted and burnt out, I left feeling restored and rested. I will be back soon!!! In the meantime, if you can go, you definitely should go!!

Great threading (eyebrow and upper lip) experience with Rashila as always! She is the best out of everyone and I keep going back to Bayou because of her expertise. Had a massage for the first time with Beba and was a great experience as well.

Tina makes me feel like I’ve teleported to a spa in a manor hotel, she does all the little extras when I’ve had a facial or massage with her - dim lights, make the room super warm, pillow under my knees so my back is comfortable. I love the experience plus the massage and facial I had was brilliant

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.
