Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly.
