It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility. i went to inatural Spa on grand street near the grand street subway station the location is convenient , I had a great time. The massage was really good and applied just the right amount of pressure; not too hard and not too soft. The environment was clean, calm and soothing. The staff were very friendly. They are now treating my frozen shoulder and it is improving much faster than it did with traditional Western medicine. From accommodating my last minute schedule changes, PT with truly beneficial advice, to the acupuncturists that have helped me immensely! I have lower back pain and weird numbness in my left leg that Lilian has been steadily helping to improve. She’s amazing! She even recommended strategic tips to help with my blood circulation after looking at my tongue. I didn’t even know that was an issue until she checked. I love it here. It’s my happy place. I always leave with less pain and a smile.
