Had an amazing experience with Ebony. She welcomed me at the entrance. We had little banter then she allows me to use the bathroom. When I came back to the room, the wax bed was prepared. She gave me clear instructions then began her magic. She’s thoughtful, non-judgmental, professional, and down-to-earth. Her skill set is exceptional. Had a new staff member that did my pedicure, she was so awesome. I loved the fact that she was very cautious with the tools used on my feet and toes being that I informed them of my anxiety being a heart patient and being on coumadin that if I get cut, I bleed for a long time. I will be using her again even if my pedi technician (Becky) come back.

I just had my first waxing appointment ever. Full back, butt, Brazilian and my eyebrows. No pain just some minor discomfort which is normal. It was an amazing experience. Could not have been more pleased with Marcia. Very professional. Very skilled and thorough. Makes sure it is done right and to your satisfaction. Puts you at ease and is very pleasant and easy to talk to. Would go back to her in a heartbeat. Can’t give her a higher recommendation. Every man should go to her.

I went with my god-sister, who goes there all the time. This was my first time and I would definitely come back. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and clean. I booked with Walter. He asked me how I would like my eyebrows. He also explained my eyebrow hair growth pattern and how best to shape them. I've never had anyone explain that to me, so that was nice to know. I would recommend this location and booking an appointment with Walter.

Simply Fresh is Simply the best (see what I did there haha) but no it’s true. I’ll never go anywhere else for my microblading or waxing, I’ve even done facials and a back treatment and if I get the nerve to do filler I’ll be coming here too… I’ve been coming to Toni since 2020 and she’s the best!! All the techs are amazing… I moved further away but I still come here for all my aesthetic needs… trust me it’s worth it!!
