Been getting my hair cut by Ilker for a while now and he never disappoints. Great attention to detail, excellent fades, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. One of the best barbers I’ve had in New York. Highly recommend.

Another amazing haircut. I don't live in New York, but whenever I'm in town, I make sure to come and get my haircut with Rodica. My barber in the town I live in butchered my hair and miraculously she was able to get everything back to normal. Strong recommendation again.

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

It was my first visit and it was lovely. I love my hair, I love the staff, I love my stylist (Lauren), I love the way the products smell, I love the way everything looks inside, I love their organization and the way they handle business. If I wasn't moving next month, this would be my permanent salon, but unfortunately I'm leaving New York. :(

Maria Flores at Talking Heads Barbershop is incredible. She’s detail-oriented, a true perfectionist, and really takes the time to understand your goals. I came in while growing my hair past shoulder length with a messed-up, uneven undercut from another shop, and she fixed it with a clean low taper fade undercut—perfectly blended and intentional. No guesswork, just skill. Bonus: the setup is actually comfortable. As a tall guy, I didn’t have to hunch or scooch, and the adjustable backrest made the beard trim super relaxing. Easily one of the best barber experiences I’ve had.
