I got my eyelashes done for the first time today by Katie. Before my appointment she texted me directions and pictures of the building. I explained to her what look I was going for and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and gave me a little care package at the end of my appointment. If you are in the New York/ Long Island City area I definitely recommend her!

I have over 7 piercings all over New York State and i can't say enough good things about this place. Came with a friend. Great jewelry selection for every taste from jeweled to geometric. Quick. Clean piercings and the least pain afterwards I have ever had with a piercing. I will absolutely be back. 10/10.

Professional service done in a very timely fashion...my technician named Anna (please forgive me if I have the wrong name :) ) carefully+ patiently discussed with me about how I wanted my brows to be shaped also explaining the step by step for my lashes+brows to ensure I was comfortable & informed. My natural shape/look plus the tint definitely refreshed my face♡. I was given aftercare instructions plus an eyebrow brush+mini brow face mask to use as well. Highly recommend their services👍🏼👏🏽

Always friendly and fast service, and always a good quality shape to my brows and clearing of the rogue hairs. The little face and scalp massage at the end to put aloe on alone is worth the $10 cost of the brow thread. Highly recommended!

I went with my god-sister, who goes there all the time. This was my first time and I would definitely come back. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and clean. I booked with Walter. He asked me how I would like my eyebrows. He also explained my eyebrow hair growth pattern and how best to shape them. I've never had anyone explain that to me, so that was nice to know.
