I have over 7 piercings all over New York State and i can't say enough good things about this place. Came with a friend. Great jewelry selection for every taste from jeweled to geometric. Quick. Clean piercings and the least pain afterwards I have ever had with a piercing. I will absolutely be back. 10/10.

Wonderful service! Me and my daughter went in to get our nose pierced. The guy who did ours was amazing. The receptionist up front was nice and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend going and checking out this place. We will be returning for more piercings and possibly tattooing

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

Kathy/Cathy and Sebastian are absolute gems. I had had an incredible experience, from start to finish. Kathy is present, knowledgeable and communicates effectively. After having had a painful navel piercing experience many years ago I thought I was gonna be in a lot of pain especially because I was piercing my navel again. I felt absolutely nothing compared to the first time. The place was extremely clean and professional. My piercing was sterilized prior to being inserted into my skin and they took their time with me. Greatly appreciated would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thank you all!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at true expression! Paul sat down with me before Sebastian took me to get my piercing and gave me a run down of everything including the aftercare. Both piercers answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable. Once Sebastian took me into the room he was able to make small talk with me that made me feel super comfortable and talked step by step through every process. The studio was also super clean and I’ve never experienced a studio that asks you to book follow up appoints so it just shows how much they care.

Sebastian was great! Although this was my second time getting my nipples pierced, it was the best experience I had. Sebastian was super helpful and patient in helping me select the jewelry and providing after care instructions for my nostril piercing. Paul was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire piercing process. 10/10 recommend this piercing studio. Overall amazing experience.

Very professional environment and staff. Heavy attention paid towards sterilization and education before any actual activity. Very professional and friendly, the piercing was fast and the piercer explained everything along the way. I wasn't allowed to use my own earrings but that was a minor issue after the amazing service I received. Would definitely recommend and return myself in the future.

For their costumer service, professionalism, and service they deserve a 5/5. The service and jewelry are a bit expensive but it’s definitely worth the money, they have cute selections and styles. I got my helix and flat done by Paul. He was amazing. He walked me through what was going to happen and made me very comfortable. The receptionist even guided me the anatomy of my ear to make sure that the piercings were fit for my ear. The piercings didn’t hurt at all and there isn’t any discomfort after either. Definitely would recommend to a family or friend.
