Jackie’s massages are absolutely the best! I had been suffering for days with occipital neuralgia and a stiff neck that I couldn’t even turn. Amazingly, after my very first session, I could move my neck again, and the nerve pain completely stopped. I was honestly so shocked! I brought my husband today. He’s always stressed from a heavy workload and sitting in front of a computer all day at the office. Now he could easily raise his arm, which he had trouble lifting before. Jackie is already famous among massage therapists in the New York and New Jersey area, and I highly, highly recommend her!!

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

For my facial and laser hair treatments , Amal's technique was skilled and her touch delicate. She offered suggestions for my particular skin type and products she thought would benefit my regime. Amal was thorough and took her time to explain her procedures during both treatments. The room was atmospheric with low lights and soft music. The laser treatment was fast and pain free. I would highly recommend her.

Today I had a highly sought after ENDOSPHERES therapy with Liliya. The treatment is like a body massage with a rolling spheres handle. It is comfortable, therapeutic and relaxing. Liliya explained everything and the benefits. I already made my 2nd treatment appointment. I also had a custom facial with her last month and it was exactly what my skin needed. I was glowing!

I’ve had facials in Milan. London and Tokyo but nothing compares to Carmel’s facials at Renew Spa in New York City! The results are amazing due to her knowledge, experience and technique! You look and feel amazing!

It is great for chronic pain. Acupuncture, physical therapy, massage and cupping all helps but I think pain relief is more with acupuncture and massage and physical therapy helps increasing strength and flexibility.
