I had a wonderful experience at Yuan Massage Spa! Ms. Shirley was incredibly accommodating and kind — not only did she take excellent care of me during my visit, but she also went above and beyond to make sure my two kids were comfortable and well looked after. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made the whole experience relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for both quality service and genuine care!

We always have a good experience at Naya. I also take my friends here during girl trips. Their therapists are so good at what they do and I always end up completely knocked out once the massage starts. The only feedback I have was I wasn't able to use the discount code supposedly available to me even though I'm using the same email for appointment setting. Too bad, really. But it won't put a dent to an overall good experience.

The best scrub + massage package we've had. Hands down to Ms. Erica dun sa hard level ng massage. My soul left the building, pati lahat ng hinanakit ng katawan ko. Kung walking/driving distance lang yung Tomas Morato from where I live, I would go here every month. Place is very clean, high end spa level with a pangmasa price. ☺️

Relaxing. I felt much better after my Swedish massage session. Facilities are presentable and could be elevated / refreshed at some point. Helpful to have a hand towel in restroom, refreshments for sale, lighting with b dimmers. Kudos to Sally ~ very good and thorough therapist!

The place had a very good ambience, very solemn, inviting and relaxing. The staff were all very nice and attentive in greeting the guests. I availed the couples' massage and it was a first time experience for both me and my boyfriend and we were very impressed. It was a very enlightening experience. We were already talking of what to try next time! Perhaps the only downside is the location, since it's a bit far from our location (Ortigas). But the receptionist told us that there could be a BGC branch soon, so we are very much looking forward to that. :D

I booked the serene head spa and it was super worth it! Hindi tinipid ang head massages, hair washes, and facial. There was no down time, constant ang massages and hair spa within the 1hr30mins session. Charity was really great and had a very pleasing personality. My brother who booked the tranquil head spa fell asleep from feeling so relaxed. Absolutely worth the money

My husband’s massage therapist was not strong enough, maybe she’s tired already. 3 times requested for strong preassure, but still soft. It feels like more himas.. Mine was okay..

Ms. Shirley was great that I kind of wished I booked a 2-hour sesh instead of an hour and a half. I do have a slight concern: there were little itchy bumps that appeared on my left arm and hand after the massage but they subsided shortly after an hour.

It was good and awesome specially the head and body massage. I definitely coming back

Massage was very satisfying. Therapist knew where to apply the right amount of pressure, skillfully addressing tension and sore spots.

I really enjoyed my massage. Matet was the best. She made me feel so comfortable and I left the massage feeling light on my feet. The facility was also clean and very nice.

Overall, the experience was okay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The pressure was inconsistent throughout the session, and not all parts of the body received equal attention. Additionally, there were moments when the massage felt rushed, which affected the overall relaxation and effectiveness.

Overall experience was great. I'll definitely come back. I love the massage also the staffs and receptionist are very accommodating. Eyelash extensions and pedicure was quick. Very great job!

Fantastic massage and great hospitality. The open plan space was quite loud (due to other customers) but aside from that it was excellent.
