Relaxing. I felt much better after my Swedish massage session. Facilities are presentable and could be elevated / refreshed at some point. Helpful to have a hand towel in restroom, refreshments for sale, lighting with b dimmers. Kudos to Sally ~ very good and thorough therapist!

The place is perfect! May pagkaOC ako and I can say the place is super clean from the entrance door to the receiving area, toilet room and the massage bed. Wala ka maipipintas tlaga! 🥰 Scent is relaxing and addicting.. Hindi tulad ng ibang spa jan walang kaamoy amoy. Kahit ung towel sheets, and shorts sarap singhutin ng fabcon nila hehe😍 I very much enjoyed the attention to detail of the masseuse when they asked on what’s needed, they asked if we have any health concern, on in a way that can actually help your pain points feel better. Great service👌

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Also love the vibe and smell of the spa, very relaxing and hygienic. The sheets are fresh and clean. Kudos to Ate Sally for the superb therapeutic massage!! For the facial, maybe it’s just me but I felt it was kind of rushed but I loved the head massage. Will definitely be coming back!!

Upon going in the branch, I was freeted with friendly staff & they even offered me a hot tea. Durimg my session, Ms MJ did a good job knowing my pain points in my back. I had a good time relaxing after months! Will comeback and bring my mom & boyfriend for another session. Will probably try other services 💗

I often get a massage from several places but this is one of the few where I fall into a deep sleep and really relax. The massage is always amazing and the staff are accomodating. 10/10 would always recommend. I took my colleagues to Naya for a spa day and they have shared the same sentiments. They love it! This is my second visit. I came in with my sister. I got the hot stone massage just like last time. One thing that sets this spa apart is the quality of the massage itself. In other massage places, the masseuse would just follow the routine strokes. In Naya, the masseuse (at least the 2 that were assigned to me, plus the one assigned to my sister) really gave extra attention to the sore spots (binabasag ang mga lamig sa katawan). They knew what they were doing because we came out of the massage feeling more refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Team Naya. Will be doing this monthly from now on <3

Such a lovely experience! I booked the spa so that our team can unwind, relax and have a great time- and we all definitely did. The spa staff took very good care of us- some of us were so relaxed during the massage sessions that we can hear them snoring and this will be a running joke for our team from here on- but definitely it's because of Yuan's great service. Thank you and we hope to come back soon! :)

The massage was very relaxing, and the staff were very kind and friendly. I only wish the appointment system was streamlined so that it's possible to book several instances of the same service for groups.

The place had a very good ambience, very solemn, inviting and relaxing. The staff were all very nice and attentive in greeting the guests. I availed the couples' massage and it was a first time experience for both me and my boyfriend and we were very impressed. It was a very enlightening experience. We were already talking of what to try next time! Perhaps the only downside is the location, since it's a bit far from our location (Ortigas). But the receptionist told us that there could be a BGC branch soon, so we are very much looking forward to that. :D
