London is knowledgeable, she’s professional, and a very talented stylist. Every time I sit in her chair she teaches me more about my hair type and what products/ techniques will work best for me while maintaining my install. She was previously at a different salon, and I’ve followed her here to her new location. I will go wherever she goes! This was a great experience! I couldn't have asked for a better haircut. I used to be worried about getting my hair cut to short or having something completely different from what I asked for. However, not here. I couldn't be happier to have gone here, will definitely be my go to salon now.

First time visiting this salon and it certainly won’t be my last! I arrived a few minutes before my appt & was sat on-time; no delay. The entire staff is welcoming & pleasant. Liv was my stylist and she is such a gem. She gives 5 star service & professionalism from start to finish. She was so tender with my scalp & shared useful healthy hair tips with me. This was my first time at the Salon. My stylist was Jordan. She is very sweet. I liked how she wanted to know about my hair routine and gave recommendations. And educated me on the importances and benefits of routine trims and a term called dusting. I will definitely go back.

It was a very welcoming and pleasant visit. Both Jordan (cut, press and curl) and Amy (color) made sure that my hair came out flawless! I love that they both made sure of what I wanted and my desired outcome as well as education I needed on my hair care following my services. The receptionist was also so sweet and nice! H2 Salon in Brooklyn is truly top-tier! From the moment I walked in—15 minutes late, no less—Daley, the owner, greeted me with a warm smile and treated me in stellar fashion. She’s not only focused on making sure you look amazing, but she genuinely cares about the health and integrity of your hair. That level of professionalism and passion is rare and so appreciated. Bianca, the assistant, is equally exceptional. She makes you feel special from the moment you sit in her chair, and her hands are incredibly relaxing—like a mini spa treatment in the middle of your hair appointment! Flawless!

What a treat it is to come get my haircut and spend time with the lovely ladies at Crissel New York! Crissel is not only a phenomenal hairdresser but also kind, thoughtful, and funny. I always have such a great time chatting with her and her awesome crew (namely Rosie and Susie). Crissel always makes me look and feel fabulous... and at a great price. Even after moving away from the neighborhood, I still maker the trek back because I know I can rely on Crissel to make me look my best (and give me a few good laughs). Highly recommend this wonderful salon!

I always enjoy my visits to H2 Salon, and today was no exception. Kylah took care of me—she was so warm and welcoming, and my flat twists turned out beautifully. Her hair-washing skills are amazing! The salon itself has such a great atmosphere and makes every visit a wonderful experience. One of the best parts is how appointments always run on time, so you never have to worry about wasting your whole day at the salon. You can actually make plans afterwards without any stress or worry.
