This salon is so welcoming and friendly! They’re also extremely experienced. The stylists and colorists are phenomenal! David took my dark hair all the way to a flattering blonde with highlights. I just got my 2nd haircut with Chi. My first one was last fall when I was working in NYC for a few months,. I loved the asymmetrical style she gave me so much that I returned this weekend though I'm only visiting the city for a few days. My salon in San Francisco just doesn't match up! Chi has an eye for what will look good, and makes it happen with such ease.

Laiz was great! I've tried lots of salons but my search is over. She explained what my hair needed and walked me through a low maintenance 1 product routine that gave me the same curls as my 4 product hour-long routine did! Love my cut too!

I had such an amazing experience with Dina at Bon Bon Salon! She completely understood what I wanted and made my hair look even better than I imagined. I had the best experience ever! I was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to a hair salon in a long time and it was also my first time getting bleach and colour, but my stylist Natsumi made sure to carefully explain each step and gave some advice on how to take care of my hair since I was worried about damage. And she did an incredible job, I'm so happy with my hair. Free refreshments are also offered which was unexpected but highly appreciated! Very cool people overall, I can tell everyone is passionate about what they do. I will definitely be coming back :)

During my stay in New York, I decided to get my hair cut. Online, I found an independent hairdresser in Union Square. On the 12th floor of a historic building, I met Marianna and her assistant Annie in a small salon. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm, with relaxing lounge music playing. Marianna was very focused and took great care and attention to detail with my haircut, which I love. Even after the first wash, my hair looks fantastic. (I never blow dry my hair). Thank you for this authentic New York experience.
