Curly is always attentive, pay attention to details. The salon is clean, hair washing is so relaxing, always managed to nap for the duration of the wash. Highly recommend!

Cece is like a sister from another mother! She teaches you about your hair, she is thorough with your hair, she will have u leaving the salon feeling yourself. She got a client for life! She is one of the few stylist left that actually takes care of your natural hair and does a protective style all in one. She’s a rare gem. And I’m not playing bout my stylist

Maria is a hair demigod. I went in asking for a smokey root and full foils (a big job) and I came out looking effortlessly chic. Even while my roots are growinig in my hair remains elegant and expensive looking. Her salon itself is gallery-like and peaceful. All around A+

Kevin did a fantastic job with my hair. The overall experience was great—he’s a wonderful conversationalist and regularly checked in about temperature, pressure, etc. Salon was clean & everyone working there was friendly and welcoming. Really love this salon, will definitely be coming back.

I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours, the balyage process flew by, everyone was very accommodating & it's a very relaxed/chill atmosphere. This is my 3rd time coming here & I'm always really pleased with the results. He never cuts my hair shorter than necessary for a trim & the color came out beautifully. If you're looking for a salon to go & chat for hours this may not be the place for you. If you want to get in & have someone focus and do an outstanding job, see David.

I will leave reviews on a million site if I have to. I found this hair salon on Google, the customer service, professionalism, and service is over the top! Amazing !!! I love my hair (I got a sew ponytail) done. I felt like such a princess during my pamper session. They offered me beverage while I waited, it was like a short 5-10 min wait (Which is rare in the hair business, people are never on time lol). My hair stylist Dayana listened to my needs and delivered ! You guys have a customer for life ! I will be coming back :))

My experience at H2Salon was absolutely blissful, from the time I walked through the door to check in for my appt, to the time I walked out I felt overtly welcomed to the space. To see some many people not only look like me, but to speak positively about my hair made me feel safe and reassured me that my crown is beautiful and doesn’t need chemicals to manipulate it to be something it simply isn’t. Thank you so much to JahLena for explaining my cut process and Cathy for an amazing wash and twist out. I will definitely be these two regular from here on out!

Ainur took SUCH great care of me today! I had never been to this salon, but decided to come since I saw great reviews online. I showed Ainur images of what I wanted (icy blonde underlights and a face framing highlight) and she was so open and happy to help me achieve this look! My natural hair color is about a 1B/2N. I also had box dyed the bottom half of my hair blonde. It was uneven and darker than I wanted. Ainur worked on my hair for 5 hours! Carefully checking the bleach and reapplying as needed. Once finished, both other clients at the salon complimented my hair! I couldn't be happier!

I've been seeing Harix for 3 years now and he does an amazing job every time. I love this salon because they pay close attention to your hair texture and are thoughtful about explaining the cut, color, and care process. I recommend them to all my curly-haired friends!

Called & stylist called me back. She asked tons of questions which later I realized was to provide superior hair coloring service. My hair color come out great, and the products she used were top notch. I highly recommend this salon .

My comments should really be called a tribute.! Roots Radicals Salon is quite an incredible discovery!!!!! Hairix , proved that there are stylists who have a special connection to their craft, to their art and that they do exist. These empowered stylists are tasked with hairdressing not as a practice but more as a celebration. In other words they are really connected. My visit with Hairix was not only a great personal experience but also a great learning experience. Hairix showed me how to love my hair and how to keep it happy ,healthy beautiful and nurtured!!!!!

Beautiful clean and neat shop, everyone is friendly and welcoming and they even offer mimosas/other refreshments while you wait. Stylists are perfectly on time. Kenna is amazing. Addressed all my concerns, gave me hair tips and most importantly LAID my sewin flat. Can’t say enough good things, one of my best salon experiences ever!

Always the best hair salon in NYC.

Tatiana always nails my haircut the first time. Most salons do not. I leave feeling cute and isn't that what matters. A good haircut is consistent and precise. This is both!

Fantastic hair cut by Maria ! I had gotten a horrible cut 3 days ago at another salon and I had no idea what to do ! I looked up ‘best cuts in TriBeCa’ and the TriBeCa Hair Studio came up - I trusted the referral, I made the appointment and went over there today. And it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. I was so happy with my experience today with Maria. Salon is serene, welcoming and unpretentious. Maria made me feel confident from the start that she understood what I was looking to achieve and that it was realistic for my hair type. I was so impressed at the technique and of course, the final result! Definitely will be coming back to this Williamsburg gem.

Every person in this comfortable salon is friendly, capable and hospitable. Mina is the artist I have been going to for a number of years. She’s terrific. It’s good to feel that you’re in good hands when it comes to your hair.

Had a great first experience at this salon! The booking process was very easy, and the salon is spacious and most importantly, clean. I got a root perm and hair cut done by Carmen, and she did a fantastic job! She understood exactly what I wanted and was attentive throughout the whole process. This was my first time getting a root perm and it came out very nice and natural. The hair cut was also exactly what I wanted with no over-cutting. Also, this salon has Chinese and English speaking staff, so don't hesitate to book here even if you don't know Chinese. Would highly recommend :)

I had an amazing experience. I left within two hours of my appointment and I got a partial balayage. I also used Groupon but next time I go, I will just pay the actual salon itself instead of purchasing off of Groupon because my experience was just that good. I love the way my hair turned out. It is exactly what I imagined. They were very attentive and kind.

My experience with Yusuke is always the best. Everyone at the Hyato salon earns my respect and admiration for their humbleness and professionalism. I have been an ardent customer and cannot imagine a hair salon life without them.

My experience at this salon was so great, and I’ll definitely be back. My hair is natural and I had damage due to not clipping my ends nor maintaining it. She made my hair come back to life and I love it!
