Second time getting a curly cut with Harix, and I've never felt more comfortable and well taken care of in a salon experience. My first time visiting the H2 Salon Brooklyn and I had a wonderful experience, everyone was friendly and professional. My stylist JahLena was patient, empathetic, knowledgeable and super sweet. I didn’t feel rushed or judged and she took her time to learn about my hair journey and experiences. I was worried we would have to do a big chop but we were able to do a cute bob cut to allow my hair to grow healthier and fuller. Thank you so much JahLena and H2 Salon. I had an excellent experience at the salon. Being a first timer I didn’t know what to expect but Monique made it great. Before getting started Monique and I had a conversation about my hair and my expectation. My expectations were met and Monique gave my hair the TLC it needed. I had the most incredible experience at Pressed Studio! First visit and I will now be a regular client. I had a photoshoot in Brooklyn for my website and CeCe did an amazing job styling my hair. I received so many compliments! My fabulous hair looked just as amazing the next day. THRILLED with the results. Also, Cece was friendly and really listened to what I wanted - then delivered! 11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Gina was so amazing! My hair was dead and flat when I came in. She listened to what I wanted out of the haircut and recommended some solutions and did such an amazing job. I can’t recommend her and this salon enough after encountering so many bad salons in Brooklyn. So happy to have FINALLY found a salon I plan on coming back to for future haircuts.

H2 is such an thorough, welcoming, and private salon. As a Muslim woman I wanted a salon that could accommodate me and they were more than happy to work with me since before I set foot in-person. JahLena was a dream. She is knowledgeable, kind, fast yet careful, and a great time. This was my first time there, and I cannot wait to come back and continue my hair journey with H2! I had an appointment with Lauren. She was great. I got to the salon early and taking me in right away wasn't an issue at all. She was able to let me know what was going on with my hair and give me recommendations as to get my hair back to healthy. I'm already checking my schedule to book my next appointment.

Loved the experience. Salon was immaculate and well maintained. My stylist Geneva gave me exactly what I wanted. She made me feel very comfortable and I could tell by the way she explained things that she was very knowledgeable about coloring hair. Overall it seems the salon is filled with ppl who not only are specialist in the natural hair field but also ppl who are collaborating with one another, an environment where the hair stylists worked harmoniously together and continually learned from one another.". My first time at Beauty Salon Dekalb and the service was great. Diana and Alexandria are very professional and welcoming. I will definitely go back and love the way my hair came out.

This was my first time at the salon. Mino did a great job with my super curly hair! I didn’t know what to expect, so I brought a picture of the cut I wanted. Although he cut it a little shorter than what I wanted I suspect he did so for the health of my hair. Also, it will grow in and probably reach the length I want soon. I’m always skeptical of if a stylist can figure out how to deal with my African hair texture if they have a different hair texture, but he handled it well. My hair felt healthier, more hydrated when he was done.

Tash Blaque truly exceeded my expectations! Erica R. gave me the most stunning twist out and her expertise really shined through. I visited Toto salon for the first time and it was a pleasure. Upon check-in, I was greeted by the front desk and sat for a very short time before Crystal came and introduced herself and then went into the color room where we discussed the best plan for me and Jimmy applied the color very very thoroughly after I had a haircut and blow dry styling with Carmen And I couldn’t be more happy. They did exactly what I expressed that I wanted and the results are perfect. I look forward to the next time I visit.

CeCe will get you together. So far I’ve gotten wig installs, a full weave and a wash and go at Pressed and have left the salon smiling each time. My hair is getting healthier with each visit too.

Raven, my stylist, was so attentive to my needs and was a breath of fresh air. She took her time with my hair and I left feeling extremely refreshed. The salon itself is very clean and well ventilated. I will definitely be back.
