I just got my 2nd haircut with Chi. My first one was last fall when I was working in NYC for a few months,. I loved the asymmetrical style she gave me so much that I returned this weekend though I'm only visiting the city for a few days. My salon in San Francisco just doesn't match up! Chi has an eye for what will look good, and makes it happen with such ease.

London is knowledgeable, she’s professional, and a very talented stylist. Every time I sit in her chair she teaches me more about my hair type and what products/ techniques will work best for me while maintaining my install. She was previously at a different salon, and I’ve followed her here to her new location. I will go wherever she goes! Thank you London for always being reliable, doing ann exceptional job, and for consistently being an absolute joy.

The best salon in Brooklyn period. Whether I do a silk press or wig install my type 4 natural hair always looks amazing!! They never have you waiting all day like other stylists Ive been to. It's just amazing, highly recommend.

First time visiting this salon and it certainly won’t be my last! I arrived a few minutes before my appt & was sat on-time; no delay. The entire staff is welcoming & pleasant. Liv was my stylist and she is such a gem. She gives 5 star service & professionalism from start to finish. She was so tender with my scalp & shared useful healthy hair tips with me. Raven is a gem. Any questions or concerns I had she answered. I was nervous prior to my appointment and she made me feel at ease in her hands. My hair came out amazing. As for the salon, it’s calm and inviting.

This was my first time at the Salon. My stylist was Jordan. She is very sweet. I liked how she wanted to know about my hair routine and gave recommendations. And educated me on the importances and benefits of routine trims and a term called dusting. I will definitely go back.

During my stay in New York, I decided to get my hair cut. Online, I found an independent hairdresser in Union Square. On the 12th floor of a historic building, I met Marianna and her assistant Annie in a small salon. The atmosphere was very pleasant, calm, with relaxing lounge music playing. Marianna was very focused and took great care and attention to detail with my haircut, which I love. Even after the first wash, my hair looks fantastic. (I never blow dry my hair). Thank you for this authentic New York experience.

First time here. The staff was lovely. Allessandro did Balayage and a haircut on my straight blonde hair. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I usually get highlights so I appreciate that he educated me about what he was doing as he worked. I loved the result! He does a dry cut.
