I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!
