The service was amazing , and the staff were so friendly, and accomodating. I also appreciated the little coffee treat. Such a sweet touch. Ill definitely be coming back.

My first encounter with Queenie, grabe, she was so accommodating and genuinely helpful! 🤍 She even gave me an honest suggestion about my brows—she recommended not doing the brow treatment yet because my old tattoo from Manila needs to be removed first. Thank you, Queenie, for being so professional, honest, and accommodating! 💕

Gretchen is an excellent lash tech—very kind, professional, and highly recommended! My only concern is that the air conditioning is always very hot. I hope it can be improved to make the experience more comfortable.

I've been going to New Lounge for years, and they've never disappointed me. The quality, service, and consistency are exactly why I keep coming back. Ms. KC always does an amazing job—she's meticulous, gentle, and truly understands the look I want every time. My lashes are always beautiful, lightweight, and last so well. It's rare to find a lash salon you can trust for years, and New Lounge has definitely earned mine. Highly recommended! 🤍✨

I had such a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. What I absolutely loved the most were my lash extensions. They are so lightweight that it honestly feels like I’m not wearing any lashes at all! They look very natural, beautiful, and perfectly done. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent service and amazing lash extensions. I will definitely be coming back! ♥️

I had an amazing experience getting my Ombré Brows at Anaura Brows International, and I absolutely love the results! ❤️ A special thank you to Angel, my brow artist, who was truly wonderful. She was calm, patient, gentle, and very professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, carefully worked on the shape, and explained everything throughout the process. I never felt rushed, and I felt completely comfortable and confident in her hands. Angel’s attention to detail is amazing, and you can really tell that she takes pride in her work. My brows turned out soo beautiful and clean!

Her hands are very gentle. I didn’t feel the needle when she inserted it for the IV drip, and the same goes when she removed it. 😊✨
