I’m a total wuss when it comes to piercings, so I was really nervous, but I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everything was explained step by step, and I was reassured throughout the whole process, which really helped calm my nerves. She made it as painless as a piercing can possibly be! Time was taken to go through the aftercare properly and provided everything I needed to look after my new piercings. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, especially if you’re nervous like me, you’re definitely in safe hands.

This was easily the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. I was quite anxious because I’ve had multiple piercings with some not-great experiences, but Kadie was by far the kindest and most attentive piercer I’ve met. Kadie was reassuring, incredibly patient, and also had what I’d consider surgical precision and incredible attention to detail for the location of the piercing and worked with me to change piercing dot placement until we were both happy. The piercing itself was smooth, sterile, and as pain free as it could be. There is a beautiful selection of affordable 18/14K gold. Best place!

My 5 year old wanted to have her ears pierced but was very scared. Sacha & Ksenia were very calming and helped make the experience better for her. After the piercing, they gave her a certificate and a little bag which she was really happy with and topped the whole experience off nicely. Thank you so much :)

Dak and Ren took EXCELLENT care of me today; I shared that I'm on a new medication that affects my appetite, we all discussed what I'd eaten, and we were confident that I'd be okay, but agreed that open communication was a must. Throughout the appointment, Dak walked me through the process of getting my rook pierced (I'm not new to cartilage piercings); he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and worked quickly. After getting pierced + jewelry installed, I shared that I wasn't feeling well; Dak and Ren both made sure I was feeling okay before letting me leave the shop. 10/10 ⭐️

I was greeted promptly and wonderfully upon entry to the store. Ran through everything quickly and efficiently. Marcus informed me that the piercing wasn’t going to be in the same spot as the other side due to my anatomy, checked to make sure I was still okay with getting the piercing done and made sure I was comfortable. Always love coming to this shop to get my piercings done :)

As always, Carrie was fantastic. I love her approach, she makes the client feel at ease, she tells the information in a way that it makes it feel like a conversation rather than just being thrown information at the end. She looked at my daughters ear, gave advice, which as you'd expect was spot on, and has secured a future booking in reassuring her she can have the piercing she wants. After going to Carrie 7 yrs ago, and previously tried others, I would never ever try anyone else again to look after my child's piercing

Had both my ears and nose pierced here and it was a really good experience overall. Came here yesterday for an ear piercing with Agus. He was super professional and I felt very safe. The studio was so clean and modern and I was able to see all of the new tools in front of me.
