I had an amazing experience with the Brazilian lymphatic massage! The environment was incredibly relaxing, and the entire session left me feeling lighter and more refreshed. I went in with very heavy legs, feeling bloated and uncomfortable, and by the next day, I could truly feel the difference. I weighed myself and was 1kg lighter — so much fluid had been released from my body. It’s incredible how effective this treatment is. I love my wood therapy and cellulite massage sessions! Every session has been better than the last. My legs feel so much lighter and less heavy, and I’ve noticed a real difference over time. Great experience and treatments today. Nice clean salon and easy free parking for Romford! All explained really well and questions answered. Every time I see Millie I'm constantly surprised at the magic she works on an ageing skin. These kind of high tec facials are new to me and I feel like I'm having fairy dust sprinkled on my face helping me look so much fresher and reducing my jowls. I have no interventionist treatment yet get such good feedback about how well my skins looks. Beautiful room and environment too.

It's been a while since I've been able to get back to Morgen due to family commitments, but it's like I'd never been away! Put at ease and given 5* service, as always. I have joined the waitlist immediately to try to get back into my regular pattern of visits. Morgen is so friendly, caring and empathetic. The massage is so relaxing and reduces so much of the heaviness in my legs. She was extra gentle today to avoid causing me any further pain during my Endo flare. Would highly recommend!.

Without a doubt, the best facial and pressotherapy treatment experience! I've been a frequent client since December, and my skin's health and texture improve drastically with each appointment. It has a healthy glow about it and appears and feels moisturised, plump, and firm. Taya coupled my facial with a full body pressotherapy treatment, which visibly improved the appearance of cellulite skin on my thighs, made my skin look tight and lifted, and gave me "ballerina legs". Perfect!

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. I had a last minute appointment today with Cheryl to target cellulite for my ongoing cellulite reduction as well as sciatic pain in my leg that has been increasingly worse over the past few days. She worked over the pain and I was instantly relieved, as a severe sufferer I didn’t expect the pain to be gone for long but it’s hours later and still no return. Wood therapy is an absolute game changer I’m obsessed with the visible results and the well-being benefits 10/10 can’t wait for my next session

I had 6 sessions of combined treatment for front and back thighs to reduce cellulite mostly. After 6 session I definitely can see improvement in skin condition but also my thighs have a better shape. Professional and friendly stuff always happy to help. Definitely recommended.

I completed the Clinical Cellulite Remodelling Program with Saila at InBody Clinic and I’m extremely happy with the results. After having two children, I was dealing with painful, inflamed legs and cellulite. Saila assessed my body carefully and created a personalised treatment plan. My legs feel lighter, the inflammation has reduced, and my skin looks much better. The treatments are also very relaxing. I highly recommend Saila, she is incredibly knowledgeable and wonderful at what she does.
