Really fantastic experience. I haven't had a new piercing for a decade or so and despite my cluelessness, Dom was professional, cheerful and friendly. He gave me all of the info I needed ahead of time, told me what was going to happen when, and was transparent about pricing and timings, with clear and written aftercare instructions provided that also gave me the info about the exact piercings I had. This is an explicitly queer-friendly business, and I felt welcome as a neurodivergent person too.

We went to LNO for my 10 year old daughter’s first piercing so she was very nervous. The building is very clean and inviting and staff on entry were super friendly and great at easing my daughter’s nerves. Dom who did the piercing was brilliant at explaining to my daughter what was happening and easing any nerves. It was very professional and sterile and the piercing was so quick, my daughter barely flinched. The results were fab and had one happy girl upon leaving. Great experience all round.

First time I've been pierced by Abbi and oh my, what an absolute gem! So welcoming, lovely and professional. Instructions were clear from the prep, the actual piercing to offers of aftercare. Great advice around what time of jewellery to go with and even spent a little bit of time looking at replacement jewellery for an existing piercing which she kindly changed for me there and then. FANTASTIC - friendly team and a clean, cosy, stylish shop. Good parking nearby (did have to pay though!). Can't recommend LNO enough <3 Abbi was fantastic at preparing me and talking me through each piercing, including the steps she took to keep everything clean and safe (to calm my germaphobia). She made me feel comfortable and kept me chatting. Even better, she went above and beyond to answer my 7000 panicked questions the next day, including tips to help lessen the impact of the piercings/aftercare on my autism and sensory issues. The rest of the team are also welcoming and helpful too!

Very professional and grateful for their fast and effective response! After my daughter experienced an infection in one earlobe and subsequent complication of the back of her earring being lost into her earlobe 🥴 (through absolutely no fault of the excellent piercing experience we had at LNO) I contacted the lovely people at LNO to see if they could help. They got her into the clinic on the same day I enquired and sorted it out quickly and professionally. This is where professional services like LNO piercing really excel; their ability to provide excellent aftercare when needed!

Amazing as always! All the staff at Lno are super kind and cheerful! The place is very low sensory and super chill. I went for a check up to see how my septum piercing was doing as I was a bit nervous. Everything was completely fine ofcourse.
