I had a great experience at the salon yesterday. I felt completely taken care of and heard when designing the layout of my ear curation, also having a professionals opinions on what would be best and what to expect. Also, I had 4 piercings in my ears yesterday and I have had no pain at all with them after the initial needle through the ear. Overall it was a brilliant experience and I already want more piercings!

Always go to LNO for piercing, great check up care seeing what will help and advice. Asked if I could get a jewellery cleaned which they did straight away, gave it is shine back which I couldn’t do myself. Lobe piercing done as well absolutely love great added piece to ear, everyone there always go through the steps they are doing when piercing very appreciate this. Amazing place to go, welcoming and great prices.

Claudia was amazing as always! I took my ten year old to get his ear pierced as well as getting another piercing myself. She explained everything to my son really clearly, made sure he was comfortable, gave him a fiddle toy to play with whilst she did the actual piercing which really helped. Spoke to us both about the importance of caring for the piercibg. Thank you as always Claudia!

Absolutely amazing. I decided to treat myself to a self care present by swapping out my earrings to new ones and I am so glad that I did. Abbi is an amazing body piercing professional and she always makes me feel at ease. You end up having amazing conversations with her and she even helped me to pick out my new earrings that I’m currently wearing. Stars for those festive vibes. I’m very been going to see Claudia for years but this was my first visit to the new shop. It’s incredible! It’s amazing to see the business doing well. I popped in because one of my pieces came out and the lovely Dom reinstalled it for me. Whilst there we had a chat about any new piercings I might like. Dom chose some amazing pieces for my ear which he ordered for me. I can’t wait to go back in the new year. Merry Christmas all!

I was very anxious, for many reasons, but on the phone, in person before appointment and again during appointment every single question was answered so clearly and so many further opportunities were given to explore concerns or just my obsessive inquisitiveness! The studio is aesthetically stunning but also clinical which I love, it was immaculate and exceptionally clean just what you would want for any procedure. Booking process very easy online, super galleries on socials and beautiful jewellery. I can not rate high enough. I love my piercing & jewellery, so glad I chose LNO and Dom

Very grateful to Dom for downsizing my daith jewellery a year after he pierced it. Popped in 6 months ago for a consultation, mentioned that piercing, and was advised to hang on till it had been in for a year. With hindsight this was absolutely right and it was fully healed today when we changed the jewellery out. LNO had SO MANY PRETTY jewellery options! Loved picking out my newest addition and enjoyed discussing future piercing options. Plotting my next piercing now and looking forward to returning soon!

Dom was great. So kind, calm, informative and put my daughter right at ease for her first ear piercing. She had been looking forward to it with equal excitement and terror for a while and Dom was perfect for the job. The ‘salon’ was immaculate. Stabby Abbi was absolutely fab! I felt so chilled and looked after the entire time I was there! Following a full consultation, Abbi worked out a layout to fill my ears with new piercings and they are perfect for me! Abbi made sure I was happy and okay the entire way through! Dom was just amazing. I was quite nervous about getting a double lobe piercing due to my fear of needles but the process was quick and relatively painless, just felt a pinch when the needle went through and a slight burning sensation after. Dom made sure that I am aware of what is happening in every step of the process. He was very friendly, patient and welcoming, making this whole experience just lovely. Will definitely come back again!

I had my piercing done today by Dominic and I can say that he's very friendly, professional, experienced person. At the moment when I entered the shop I felt welcome. As a person who has a fear of needles and blood I felt very comforted and safe.
