Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Wow! What amazing treatments. I had a full body massage and facial. Debbie is incredible. I left looking 5 years younger and managed to sleep uninterrupted for 7 hours that night which is unheard of. Even though I moved out of the area I will still travel an hour to see her as she’s so fabulous. Thanks Debbie. Can’t wait to come back soon

Ati was very detailed, meticulous and considerate when working on my eyebrows. The shaping and final outcome looks great, and I’m looking forward to seeing them all healed.

I’ve had an absolutely brilliant experience for my first appointment today with James! Right from the consultation he was professional, friendly and informative, far more so than any other salon I’ve ever visited! After not touching my hair in over a year and a half I was a bit nervous to let someone do anything to it but James was brilliant, my extensions are fabulous and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. So happy to finally have a hair dresser again that I’m actually looking forwards to going back to!

James was very clear explaining each step during the colour consultation. He is easy to talk to and very welcoming.

Amara was absolutely lovely and put me completely at ease as this was my first haircut with a Leeds hair stylist. She was chatty and throughly explained every product she used and how it would benefit my hair and made my experience so worthwhile. Overall, I had a lovely day and the wash, cut and blow dry is very reasonably priced too! 5 stars all around :)

Had my second fantastic DIBI Age Method facial including KRF treatment today with Laura. My skin feels and looks amazing and I can highly recommend these treatments for deeply hydrating your skin as well as tightening it to give a more youthful appearance and reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, strengthening the structure of the skin. I can’t wait for my next one!
