Very friendly and gentle, knowledgeable piercer. I was nervous but Pip put me at ease. She managed to reopen lobe piercings that I hadn't had an earring in for 15 years! I also had a nose piercing which was not aa uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Lot of choice of jewellery. Very happy customer! Thank you Pip 😊

Beautiful, clean studio space. All piercings done with a needle and with flat back studs. Maggie is super lovely and talked through the piercing and the follow up care thoroughly and checked placement etc with me throughout. Great experience!

Absolutely amazing once again. Georgia and Tash were so lovely, and very understanding with the issues I had with public transport. I had my flat pierced today with a stunning cluster of opals which I absolutely love. I even bought the cutest pair of sun and moon earrings, as well as more saline spray. Thank you so much once again. I already can't wait to come back for more piercings.

Excellent! My daughter had her belly button pierced and a few months ago, her ears. Both times Georgia was fantastic, explaining everything, very patient, great choice of jewellery. Aftercare advice given and we bought the spray to keep the piercing clean etc.

What a fabulous experience, from the moment I walked in the door they were amazing. I was helped out to pick all new jewellery to match and had 4 new piercings. I would highly recommend them, the excitement from everyone made me feel amazing and to be honest the pain went after a few mins and I have an entire new look that I’m in love me. Finally my ears express my style and I couldn’t have done it without these guys, empress piercings are just amazing I’d give ten stars if I could x

Friendly, professional staff, spotlessly clean and private piercing rooms. Thrilled with our visit, couldn't have asked for better service. My 14 yo daughter is really happy with her ear piercings and they look great. Less redness and irritation than you get with a gun piercing too.

Pip was absolutely amazing with my daughter!! There aren’t even the words to say how patient pip was, spending time before our piercing appointment to explain what would happen, reassure she’d be listened too etc!! On the day, Pip was friendly, calming and very professional!! I truly can’t recommend her enough, supporting us both (nervous mummy) through the whole process!! We’ve been back today for my daughter’s two week check up and her ears are amazing and healing really well!! Pip changed her earrings to smaller bars as any swelling would have gone down!! Pip is just amazing!!

Amazing piercer , went through everything with me .Went to get my daith and conch pierced and she explained thoroughly why my anatomy wasn’t right to pierce a daith , saving me pain with healing and also money on a piercing that would probably reject. We decided to go on with just the conch and she pierced it beautifully ,also helped with choosing jewellery based on my budget . Very friendly xx

Very proffessional, took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Very clean and sterile workplace. Did not rush me at all and ensured I was happy with the placement of my piercings before proceeding. Would 100% recommend.
